Thomas Reilly

Mr. Reilly has 30 years’ experience in the international development industry. He oversees the work of more than 5,000 employees who provide technical assistance and program management services for donor organizations, multilateral development banks, and other government agencies in more than 80 countries worldwide. Mr. Reilly has provided management oversight for projects in environment, water, agriculture, land tenure, and democracy and governance. For more than 20 years, Mr. Reilly led institutional strengthening projects of legislatures and subnational governments for clients in Latin America, with multi-year assignments in both Africa and Europe. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and his Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
